Founded in 1978 in Milan, Gianni Versace S.R.L. is a globally recognized symbol of Italian luxury. As one of the leading international fashion houses, Versace designs and manufactures high-end fashion and lifestyle products, including Haute Couture, Pret-A-Porter, accessories, jewelry, watches, eyewear, fragrances, and home furnishings, all marked by the iconic Medusa logo.

In 2014, Blackstone Group acquired a 20% stake in Versace, though the Versace family remained at the company’s core. In 2018, Michael Kors Limited acquired 100% of Versace, and by 2019, Gianni Versace S.R.L. became part of Capri Holdings Limited, forming a global luxury fashion group alongside Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo.
