Return and Refund Policy

Firstly, we are extremely happy that you choose alltade.ae for your shopping destination. We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make. We would love to support all your decisions and If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help!

Return Policy:

  • The product must not have been damaged while in your possession.
  • The product must match the item originally shipped to you, without any modifications or differences.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

This includes:

  • The product is sealed or unopened, if applicable.
  • The original brand or manufacturer box and packaging is intact.
  • All included items, such as user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories, are returned with the product.

Alltrade.ae do not accept returns if the product packaging has been tampered, opened or if the products have been used. We have the right to cancel the return. However, if the packaging is still intact and in the same condition as it was, you may contact us for a return.

Return Window:

You have [7 days] from the date of delivery to request a return if the above conditions are met.

How to Return Products Purchased from Alltrade.ae:

You can return a product using either of the following methods:

Via My Account:

  • Go to My Account > My Orders
  • Select the relevant Order > Options > Return/Replacement
  • Upload 4 mandatory images and select either “Replace Product” or “Return/Refund”

Via Direct Contact:

Replacement:

  • In case the customer has received damaged/ defective/ wrong product
  • To replace any items, Go to My Account > My Orders > Open Order > Option > Return-Replacement
  • Or you can directly contact us by sending an email to [email protected]

Cancellations:

Orders once placed through alltrade.ae can be cancelled before dispatch and refunds will be processed. You can cancel your order using the All trade customer dashboard or you can directly contact us.

Note: If the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, you will not be eligible for a return. However, you have the right to refuse delivery, in which case we will proceed with the refund.

How to check Status of Return/ Replacement/ Refund

Once the return is received and inspected, our team will update the status.

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement via email
  • You can check status on customer dashboard or you can directly contact us

Note: Refund will only be done in case the customer has received a damaged/ defective/ wrong product. Refund will be processed through the same mode within 7 working days. The product can be re-dispatched within 24 hours once the reverse product gets delivered back to us.

The process of a refund generally takes 5–10 working days. Kindly check the table below.

What if Customer Paid Cash by COD: The refund will be made through COD; we directly send money to wallet or the customer's bank account.

General FAQ’s

Q1: How does Alltrade.ae handle refunds?

Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes inspection by our team. Once approved, the amount is refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Q2: What happens if I paid using a credit or debit card?

The refunded amount will first appear in your Alltrade Wallet Same day. If unused, it will be automatically transferred to your bank account within 14 days.

Q3: I paid with Cash on Delivery (COD). How do I get a refund?

Refunds for cash payments will be credited to your Alltrade Wallet.
If your refund amount exceeds AED 50, you may request a bank transfer by contacting our support team.

Q4: I used Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services like Tabby or Tamara. When will I get my refund?

Refunds for BNPL orders are processed within 5–10 working days, depending on the provider’s internal processing time.

Q5: I paid through a Credit Card EMI plan. Will I receive a full refund?

Yes, you will receive a full refund up to the amount paid via EMI. However, please consult with your issuing bank regarding any potential cancellation or pre-closure fees.

Q6: Can I change my refund method for EMI orders?

No. Refunds for EMI purchases are strictly credited back to the same credit card used for the transaction.

Q7: How can I track my refund status?

You can check your refund progress by visiting:
My Account > My Orders > Refund History on Alltrade.ae.

Q8: Why did I receive only a partial refund?

Refunds are processed item-wise. If your order contained multiple items, you may receive partial refunds as each item is returned and inspected.
Please note that shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable once an item has been delivered.

Important: Once the refund is initiated, the method of refund cannot be changed.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”
