As these warranties are offered are typically eligible for manufacturer repair warranty by brand authorized repair centers. Alltrade.ae does not take any responsibility for warranty claims. However, we are here to assist you by facilitating returns or exchanges if, they meet our policy requirements.   • Correct and complete product (with the original brand/article number/undetached tags/products original packaging/freebies and accessories).

  • The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes.
  • Non-Eligible Exchanges: Exchanges are not available for items returned due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy.
  • Exchange Process: If your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us at [email protected]within 7 days of receiving the product. Our Customer Support team will provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange based on stock availability.
