Insta360 X5 Waterproof 8K 360° Action Camera Black
The Insta360 X5 is a waterproof 360° action camera designed for immersive video capture with dual 1/1.28-inch sensors capable of recording up to 8K30fps 360° video. Its high-resolution imaging system is designed to capture detailed footage with enhanced clarity, color and dynamic range across adventures, everyday activities and action scenes.
The camera features a Triple AI Chip Design that supports advanced noise reduction and image processing for improved footage in challenging lighting conditions. The FlowState Stabilization system works together with 360° Horizon Lock to maintain smooth and level footage during movement, impacts and full rotations without requiring a gimbal.
The X5 features replaceable scratch-resistant lenses designed for durability and convenient replacement. Its 360° capture capability also supports an Invisible Selfie Stick effect, allowing third-person perspectives without the selfie stick appearing in the final footage. The camera also includes InstaFrame mode for creating ready-to-share flat videos with either automatic subject tracking or a fixed viewing angle.
Audio recording is supported by a 4-microphone array with a Wind Guard designed to reduce wind interference and improve voice capture for vlogging, narration and action scenes. The camera is waterproof to 15 meters without a case and provides up to 185 minutes of battery runtime. Fast charging can reach 80% in approximately 20 minutes.
For simplified content creation, the X5 supports AI-assisted editing and one-tap export. AI editing through the Insta360 app can automatically create highlights, while the camera's 360° recording allows footage to be reframed to select different viewing angles after capture.
